Availability
Conditions
- £100 deposit is required to confirm the booking, paid by cheque or bank transfer. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by e-mail. Full balance is required eight weeks before departure, together with an additional fully refundable damage/excess deposit of £100.
- Cancellation charges: if a client needs to cancel we will endeavour to re-let the villa, if this is possible a refund will be given, otherwise no refund will be given. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance against cancellation once your booking has been confirmed.
- Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, based on up to eight people sharing. Additional people may be able to be accommodated, please contact me for details.
- Long term winter lets available, please contact me for further info.
- All Bed Linen, Bath & Pool towels included, Mobile phone, Sat TV included.
- Wi-Fi Broadband Internet Access available.
